Constellation Brands reports third-quarter fiscal 2026 results, outlines continued focus on brand-led growth

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Constellation Brands, one of the Rochester region’s most globally influential companies, reported its third-quarter fiscal 2026 financial results on Tuesday, reinforcing the company’s position as a leading force in the U.S. beverage alcohol market.

The company announced that President and Chief Executive Officer Bill Newlands and Chief Financial Officer Garth Hankinson will host a conference call Thursday, Jan. 8, at 10:30 a.m. ET to discuss results and outlook. The call will be accessible through the company’s investor relations site, with a live, listen-only webcast available to the public.

Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ) operates across the United States, Mexico, New Zealand and Italy and is widely recognized for its premium and imported beer portfolio, led by Corona Extra and Modelo Especial. Those brands, along with Modelo Cheladas, Pacifico and Victoria, continue to anchor the company’s growth strategy as U.S. consumers show sustained demand for higher-end beer offerings.

The company’s wine and spirits portfolio also remains a key pillar of its business. Flagship wine brands include The Prisoner Wine Company, Robert Mondavi Winery, Kim Crawford, Schrader Cellars and Lingua Franca, while its spirits lineup features Casa Noble Tequila and High West Whiskey. Together, these brands position Constellation at the premium end of multiple beverage alcohol categories, a strategy that has helped it become one of the fastest-growing large consumer packaged goods companies in U.S. retail.

For Rochester-based business leaders and founders, Constellation’s quarterly reporting serves as a reminder of the region’s outsized role in global consumer brands and supply chains. While many associate innovation with software or startups, Constellation’s scale underscores how brand-building, agriculture, logistics and international operations remain central to economic growth and job creation.

The company continues to emphasize sustainability and responsible operations as part of its long-term strategy. As an agriculture-based business, Constellation has embedded environmental, social and governance priorities into its operations, focusing on environmental stewardship, community investment and responsible beverage alcohol consumption.

“Our mission is to build brands that people love,” the company said in its statement, pointing to its focus on anticipating market trends, taking calculated risks and delivering value for consumers, employees and shareholders.

Constellation Brands’ presence in Rochester also highlights the region’s connection to global markets. From local headquarters decision-making to international production and distribution, the company operates at a scale that few upstate New York firms can match—offering a case study in how regional companies can compete and lead on a global stage.

Additional details on the company’s third-quarter performance and forward-looking outlook are expected to be discussed during Thursday’s earnings call. Investors and the public can access participation information through ir.cbrands.com.
