Civic Dialog
AI and automation for small and mid-sized organizations, measured in the hours and dollars it returns
About
Civic Dialog is a Rochester, NY AI and automation consultancy that builds internal apps and automations for small and mid-sized organizations. Clients choose how to work with it: Civic Dialog builds alongside their team, trains their staff to build and run their own automations in a 12-week cohort, or leads the work as a month-to-month fractional chief AI officer.
Every engagement starts by measuring how the work is done today and ends with a ledger of the hours and dollars it returned, with time valued at the client's own staff rate. Organizations can start with a free lunch and learn or a fixed-fee assessment that maps their workflows and systems and ends with a ranked roadmap. Civic Dialog was founded by Erik Oehler.
